Vector of Poverty and Wardrobe VESNA

We warmly invite you to two special events accompanying the exhibition Vector of Poverty, taking place on Wednesday, April 9, at the House of the Lords of Kunštát.

VESNA WARDROBE

In the courtyard, the VESNA association will offer seasonal clothing for children and adults, available to those in need. This charity bazaar will be open from 12pm to 8pm. The wardrobe is a place where items find new life—donors can contribute unused household goods, bedding, toys, sporting equipment, toiletries, and cosmetics throughout the year, in addition to clothing. These donations are then distributed to families who truly appreciate them.

EXHIBITION TALK

Architecture has the power to create environments that bridge social divides and foster mutual respect and solidarity. With this in mind, the studio of Barbora Ponešová and Maria Joja from the Faculty of Architecture at BUT has collaborated with the VESNA association, which supports socially disadvantaged groups. The results of this partnership are featured in the Vector of Poverty exhibition.

An exhibition talk, led by curator Rostislav Koryčánek, will take place on the 1st floor from 6pm to 7pm. Tickets are available for advance purchase via GoOut.

These events are part of the Brno Art Week 2025 programme.
